S.L.A.M. Heavies class challenges mama-muscles to kick it up a notch!
We UP our weights and lower the reps, focusing on the form, breath work and proper way to LIFT. Classes are completed using dumbbells and/or kettlebells.
Pregnancy mamas in attendance do love the cadence of this class and will NOT up weights but will complete reps.
Pregnant mamas will be coached to de-load as each trimester approaches.
Form and breath is concentrated during Heavies classes for Pregnant Mamas 2nd trimester and forward.
